Product Description:
A feed pellet cooler is a necessary machine after a feed pellet mill. Freshly made feed pellets come out hot (70-90°C), soft, and moist. If you pack them directly, they will crack, grow mold, and spoil. The cooler quickly brings down the temperature and removes moisture, making pellets hard, dry, and stable for storage and transport.
Key Features for Feed Mills
Counterflow cooling – cold air contacts the hottest pellets at the bottom, maximizing heat and moisture removal
Cone regulator – adjustable discharge speed, set retention time from 6 to 15 minutes depending on pellet size
Even air distribution – prevents wet spots or uncooled pellets
Low energy – only a small fan is needed (0.75–7.5 kW)
No internal moving parts – simple, low maintenance, no contamination risk
Hygienic design – easy to clean, no dead corners for mold growth

Typical Applications
Poultry feed line – cooling broiler, layer, and chick feed pellets
Pig feed mill – cooling grower, finisher, and sow pellets
Aqua feed plant – cooling floating or sinking fish and shrimp feed
Rabbit, cattle, sheep feed production
