Product Description:
A wood pellet machine is equipment that compresses sawdust, wood chips, shavings, and other biomass waste into dense, solid pellets. These pellets are used for home heating, industrial boilers, animal bedding, BBQ grilling, and even cat litter.
Wood pellet machines come in two main designs: flat die and ring die. Flat die models are smaller, more affordable, and perfect for home use, small farms, or starting a pellet business. Ring die models are larger, built for continuous industrial production, and offer much higher output (500-8000 kg/h).

How It Works
The machine uses high pressure to force raw material through holes in a steel die. The natural lignin in wood acts as a binder when heated, so no glue or chemicals are needed. The pellets come out hot and hard, then cool down and become solid fuel.
What Raw Materials Can You Use?
Sawdust and wood shavings
Wood chips and logging waste
Agricultural residues: straw, rice husk, corn stalks, peanut shells
Grass, alfalfa, and bamboo
Dry leaves and yard waste
The material must be dry (moisture content 10-15%) and in small pieces (under 5mm). A hammer mill or crusher may be needed before pelletizing.

What Can You Do With Wood Pellets?
Home heating – burn in pellet stoves or boilers
Power generation – co-firing with coal in power plants
Animal bedding – pellets absorb moisture and turn into sawdust
BBQ fuel – clean burning, low smoke, good flavor
Cat litter – highly absorbent, odor control
